Devin brings over three years of experience in banking and credit investing, with a focus on the technology sector. Before joining Structural Capital, he was an Innovation Economy Banking Associate at JPMorgan (NYSE: JPM) in San Francisco, where he focused on analyzing growth capital loans for pre-revenue to pre-IPO technology companies. He also played a key role in shaping JPMorgan’s software subsector strategy for vertical applications. Prior to JPMorgan, Devin worked as a credit analyst at Silicon Valley Bank’s late-stage lending practice, where he evaluated a diverse range of strategic credit opportunities for both public and private enterprise software companies, specializing in ARR-leveraged loans and hybrid senior/junior lien debt structures. Devin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.

Outside of Structural Capital, Devin enjoys cooking, camping, esports, singing karaoke with friends, and taking his Ford Bronco Sport off-roading.
