DAN SHEARHOLDT
VICE PRESIDENT OF FINANCE
Dan has over 13 years of experience in Private Credit, Private Equity, and Venture, specializing
in fund administration, treasury management, and financial operations. Prior to Structural, he
held leadership roles at Falcon Investments and Onex Corporation, where he focused on
managing reporting, structuring credit facilities, optimizing financial systems, overseeing vendor
relations, and enhancing liquidity management. In these roles, he also took pride in mentoring
team members, fostering both professional and personal growth. His expertise includes financial
modeling, software systems, and implementing efficiency-focused solutions.
Dan graduated cum laude with Honors from Roger Williams University, earning a degree in
Financial Services with concentrations in Writing and Communications.
Outside of work, Dan enjoys reading, exploring the outdoors, skiing, mountain biking, and
traveling to new destinations.
