Alec has five years of credit investing in the technology sector. Prior to joining Structural Capital, Alec spent two years as a Corporate & Investment Banking Senior Analyst at Citigroup (NYSE:C), in their Technology practice in San Francisco, where he analyzed credit structures, underwrote & implemented M&A financing packages, and performed valuation analysis on multi-billion dollar investment opportunities. Prior to Citibank, Alec interned as a public and private credit analyst at the Crescent Capital Group where he analyzed and assessed potential investment opportunities within its mezzanine lending group and high-yield bond trading desk. Alec graduated from the University of California, Berkeley where he completed his Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
Outside of Structural Capital, Alec spends time surfing Ocean Beach in San Francisco, playing chess, or traveling to new places (visited 26 countries and counting!)
